Hi,
The handbrake on my Mk6 golf is really slack and I have tried the method of applying the footbrake and pulling the handbrake 3 times without much success.
I have tried to get the trim surround off from around the handbrake to adust in there. I can not get this off!! This is really simple to do on the Mk5 golf but is a pain on the mk6.
Has anyone got any info on removing the handbrake surround to adjust the handbrake inside the car. I cant find anything online or on the forum.
