Just got back from the dealer, they swapped my RNS-510, told me it was a brand new unit so when I get into my car the screen is COVERD with fingerpints, but it looked like the guy just ate a dougnught or something becasue the they were pretty bad fingerprints. But thats not the worst part, the screen was scratched and the plastic around it was too. I always kept mine in perfect condition so this really bugs me. Not to mention the buttons etc were not the same colour, looks like a rns-510 that was in a mk5 or something (grey buttons, not black), so I complained and it turns out they cant get new units anymore, all units are refurbished. They offerd to swap out for another one from a used GTI on the lot, but that one wasnt too much better.

Now they are looking into how they can get a new one or a 2011 model one, but I thought the 2011s didnt come with the RNS-510?

Shitty deal. That really sucks. I can tell you for sure that the 2011 models (canadian with tech package at least) do come with the RNS-510 though.
