Akrapovic Exhaust

My local performance shop started carrying Akrapovic's car exhausts, and I asked for a price quote. Lots of my bike-riding friends love their Akrapovic exhausts, and several who own Porsches as well recommended getting Akrapovics if I could.

Let's just say that the cat-back itself is more expensive than the APR turbo-back. :eek: :yikes:

It does sound quite mean (meaner than the APR), and it is quite nice to look at as well... the only exhaust so far that I have found with burnt titanium tips. Or optional carbon fiber tips.

I do want one, I do...

That is the best sounding exhaust note i have heard/seen posted on this forum. If i could get that exhaust note for my GTI, my searching would be over.

edit: just saw the video for the GTI.... not the same, (obviously different engine), but i do like it...my searching goes on, but AWE exhaust is noted.
