More ignorance. Viruses and bacteria are carried in respiratory droplets. Masks absolutely reduce the number and distance those droplets travel. These are basic infection control principles. So again, where did you get your medical training?
The virus is predominantly carried by droplets and aerosols too small for consumer grade masks to effectively filter. In other words, THE VIRUS CAN PASS THROUGH NON-N95 MASKS.
