Spoke with cml about this and it looks like it has todo with wiring to DRLs, but isnt that also what you're going for?

Yeah, DRL as fogs. Canadian LAW > Me

i found out if u, turn your ign on, release ur ebrake let the drl fogs come on for a few seconds then start the car no flickering or triggering bulb out warning comes on, for now its working ok
