I would go in and retrace the cam follower job you just did. Check and make sure you did crack any of the pcv hoses or displaced any vacuum lines in the process. Either of these will have a big impact on idle. The chances of the vacuum generator going bad while your doing your follower are slim so I’d look into that if all else fails. Good luck
