Why would we redesign our best-selling product?
Customers reviewed our intercooler and gave it a 4.5 out of 5 stars. But things can always be better. So in the spirit of continual improvement we went after that other .5, and we are confident in claiming that the result of our efforts is hands-down the best intercooler on the market today for the 2.0 engine.
The original designer's products have been imitated, but never duplicated. Our in-house research, development, prototyping, and production of this new intercooler ensures it can stand alone among the competition.
What changed?
• Machined, polished, and TIG-welded end tanks constructed of 6061 and 5052 aluminum
• Redesigned Fin Pack
• Thicker 2.25" core
• 12% more surface area
• 3% larger than any core on the market
• Port Matched Silicone connections
• Increased CFM and HP capacity
