Small Dents in Roof

Ive noticed a couple of small, very shallow dents (hard to notice) in my roof and as far as I know nothing has fallen etc to cause them. Could this have come from the factory like this? The roof also seems pretty thin and flexes a lot with waxing etc.

Probably not. Do you have any acorn trees that you recall parking near? There's an acorn tree over the fam's driveway and my sister's car has some very shallow dents on her hood. They can be taken out by a PDR man....which I happen to be I see you live in NJ....give Dent-Away a call. Tell'em Mike the Honda Salesman that was there in mid-March with Mark sent ya.

This could sound crazy, but the possibility of birds constantly walking on top of your car could be the problem.
