well here i am
today i traded in my b7 a4:

(it went back to stock)

for a 2012 GTI

(proper pics to come soon i suppose)

but yeah so far im very happy with the car
i will miss the audi but it was getting old

as for plans for the GTI im not quite sure...being a lease i dont think i will go to crazy
plus im sort of tired of the whole "stance" scene anyway so if anything is done to the car it will be conservative

my last VW was a mk2 jetta with a VR swap...needless to say im glad to be back in a VW

I think those are 19s or 20s from the S600. Welcome to the forum! I think the stock GTI has plenty of "stance". You'll enjoy the ride and will clear the speed bumps like a normal person

Wow, I would have thought they were at least 20.
Even if you plan to keep the GTI stock, I would still consider colormatching the side markers. Looks so much better than the stock orange ones.

john@ftc5 on here does them I believe, im not sure if there is anyone locally that does them, I just bought the clear corners from urotuning instead since it doesnt look too bad on candy white.
