Wastegate fixed, sounds like a different car

A wastegate clip, there's a TSB out on it.

I thought there used to be a link to the TSB 2024061, because I downloaded a PDF version of it from somewhere. Not sure where that link went to, but I saw a copy of the TSB image over here:

I figured it was normal since until you guys brought it up, took an appointment to get it checked on thursday, service person was useless as expected.
