Whoa, its been awhile. Moved into a new house so money was tied up for awhile but the mod bug bit me again. Ordered the Ringer Racing Stage 3 clutch, uber excited :)

Nice build Matty! Was curious as to what you tune you were on at the moment with the F23 since you said you hadnt tuned the car yet. Also were there any differences from the APR K04 DIY? Planning on getting an F23 but no tuners around Washington have the tune for it or want to touch it.

Thank you! I'm currently APR stage 2. I've been daily driving it this way for awhile now and haven't had any hiccups. Most of the time I drive like an old lady but during the few WOT pulls it runs like a raped ape.. The DIY is the exact same. I also recommend lilfleck's K04 install tips thread, it is very useful as well.

Sweet! Haha is that a bad thing though?

Pretty set now that you confirmed I can daily without a tune essentially. Eagerly will be waiting for GIAC's tune! GOOODDDD. It's agony.

:D No its good. I have my fingers crossed that by the time I get the clutch installed and broken in either GIAC or DM will have their tunes available..

Also forgot to mention I lost my wheel lock key in the midst of moving so I went to the dealership expecting to get shafted.. Turns out VW doesn't even offer them anymore. So the dealership just took the locks off and replaced with normal wheel bolts. I only had to pay for the caps. :thumbsup:
