Mexican. Just something I googled. Some of that almost looks like what happens to cheese in a non stick pan. Not a bad idea.

word ive actually made burnt cheese like that for tacos...its like adding steroids to a dish but beware it brings out the saltyness of the cheese alittle more

Cuban.

My location makes me biased, doe.

I lived in Miami and in Charlotte, so I've been in both worlds and Cuban just barely wins for me. I love both, but Cuban is just so damn tasty. I also love the culture of Cuban places, the people are so down to party and the authentic restaurants have a really interesting community feel.

That said though, Tex-Mex in Arizona is a very close second. I've had some epic meals in Phoenix at Mexican places and it's nothing like the stuff we have here in NC (which is served/made by Mexicans, so it makes you wonder). Maybe western Mexico just has better cuisine.
