Honestly I'm surprised Russia didn't do this earlier. Surely European leaders saw this coming a mile away if I could see it back in February?

France is firing their closed nuclear reactors back up. I'm wondering how long that'll take them? I guess it'll depend on how far they got decommissioning them. That's a 20 year process in itself.
