Am I running rich?

So I took a nice drive and discovered 3rd and 4th gear have regained their ability to make me say "oh, shit!". For this I am thankful.

Also, shifting is smooth again. Like butta!

The only thing that seems to not be just exactly perfect is mileage...

Hey gang, a few more questions if you don't mind.

First, my fuel trims are at +1.5% (idle) -14.7% (partial). Ross-Tech website infor says spec is +/-10%, so that means I am reading out of spec. Can anyone help me understand this better? Is this code red stop driving immediately and have dealer look at? What would cause this? And if I don't do something about it what damage could this potentially cause down the road?

Second thing, is in my logs you can see that throttle is at 99.6%. Why would this not be 100%? Pedal was on the floor:iono:

Last, lately I have been experiencing abnormally bad throttle delay/response. Could this be related to the first two question? What would l log in VCDS to analyze?
