I have heard that some of the hatch pop kits have had problems with the hatch popping in the cold weather. I would love to have this, but I live in MD where it's cold half of the year and I don't want to spend $90 on somthing I can only use part of the year.
Has anyone heard of or has experienced these kinds of problems?

Sometimes in the cold weather (winter climate) you could see a difference in response but, unfortunately this can occur in any hatch or trunk.
