Sometimes in the very cold weather (winter climate) you could see a difference in response but, unfortunately this can be common in any hatch or trunk around this time.

Ready to race!
Mine has stopped working the first time it's opened each day. Perhaps it's the cold weather. Either way, I'm bummed. How often do you open your trunk more than once a day?
