Can anyone recommend a good shop to fill/shave the license plate holes in my front bumper and then respray it? Have had a couple estimates from places in North Van averaging $1100. Is it really that expensive?

It sounds expensive, but I think that is what things cost. I have a small scratch in my drivers door of my truck, $1000 from 3 different shops.
